The Haul Review Process: From Warehouse to Your Doorstep

Stage One: Order Submission to Warehouse Arrival

The journey begins when you submit a product link to your agent dashboard. Within 24-72 hours, the agent purchases the item from the seller using local payment methods. You receive a status update confirming the order. This is the fastest stage of the process because agents have streamlined domestic purchasing down to a routine.

Domestic shipping within China takes 2-5 days for most sellers located near the agent warehouse. Some sellers in remote provinces may take 7-10 days. During Chinese shopping festivals like Singles Day, domestic shipping slows due to volume. Plan accordingly if ordering during peak periods.

When the item arrives at the warehouse, the status changes to arrived and the QC photos are taken. This is your first chance to see the actual product. The entire stage from order submission to QC photos typically takes 3-7 days under normal conditions. Delays beyond this range warrant a status inquiry with your agent.

Some agents offer rush processing for an additional fee. This prioritizes your order for faster purchasing and QC turnaround. For time-sensitive purchases, rush processing can shave 1-2 days off the timeline. For most hauls, standard processing is sufficient.

Stage Two: Quality Control and Approval

Quality control is the most important stage for buyer satisfaction. The agent photographs the item from multiple angles and uploads the photos to your account. Review these images carefully against the original listing and your expectations. This is your last chance to catch issues before international shipping.

For each item, check color, construction, sizing, and overall condition. Compare measurements to the size chart. Verify that hardware, logos, and details match the listing photos. If anything is wrong, request an exchange or refund immediately. Do not approve QC photos hoping the issue will resolve itself.

The approval window is typically 7 days after QC photos are uploaded. If you do not respond within this window, the agent assumes approval and proceeds to international shipping. Set reminders or check your dashboard daily during the QC stage to avoid missing the window.

Once you approve all items in your haul, the agent begins consolidation. They remove unnecessary packaging, repack items efficiently, and weigh the final parcel. You receive a shipping quote based on actual and volumetric weight. Choose your shipping line, pay the fee, and the parcel moves to the shipping queue.

Inspect stitching, hardware, and embroidery
Verify no stains, tears, or obvious defects
Confirm it is the correct variant and color
Request exchange immediately if anything is wrong

Stage Three: International Transit and Delivery

After you pay international shipping, the parcel is handed to the carrier. Express services generate tracking within hours. Standard and economy lines may take 24-48 hours for the first tracking event. Do not panic if tracking is slow to update; this is normal for non-express services.

Transit time varies by shipping line and destination. Express typically takes 5-10 days. Standard takes 10-20 days. Economy takes 20-45 days. These ranges are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, customs backlog, and carrier capacity can all cause delays beyond the normal range.

Customs processing adds an unpredictable variable. Most countries process clothing and accessories without issue, but random inspections happen. If your package is inspected, it may sit in customs for several days to several weeks. Accurate declarations and reasonable values reduce inspection likelihood.

Delivery day is the payoff for patience. Inspect the outer packaging for damage before opening. If the box is crushed or torn, photograph it before unpacking. These photos are evidence if you need to file a damage claim with the carrier or agent. Then open, try on, and enjoy your haul.

Do Not Miss the QC Window: Agents typically allow 7 days after QC upload for approval. After that window closes, they assume approval and ship internationally. Set a daily reminder to check your dashboard during the waiting period.

Guides FAQ

From order to delivery, expect 3-5 weeks. Express shipping reduces this to 2-3 weeks. Economy shipping extends it to 5-7 weeks.
Contact your agent for assistance. They may provide additional documentation. Most customs delays resolve within 1-2 weeks without action.
Some agents offer rush processing for a fee. Otherwise, standard processing is already quite fast at 3-7 days from order to QC photos.
Photograph the damage immediately and contact your agent. If shipping insurance was purchased, you can file a claim. If not, the agent may still offer partial compensation depending on their policy.
